A company that holds brands.
Apex-Nova (Private) Limited is the legal entity behind Anchormont and Oak Palette. It is the party you contract with, the party that invoices you, and the party accountable for the work — whichever brand does it.
How it is actually put together.
One registered company. Two wholly owned trading brands. Each named below in its own type voice and shown with its own mark, because neither is a sub-label of the other.
One partner for digital anything. Holding a family of specialist brands so strategy, creative and engineering live under a single roof.
ANCHORMONT
Implementation & ServicesThe engineering and delivery arm. Anchormont takes an intent and turns it into architecture that holds — integration, identity, cloud and AI enablement, scoped and shipped.
Wholly owned · trades as Anchormont
Oak Palette
Design & CreativeThe creative studio. Oak Palette decides what a brand should mean and how it should look before anyone writes a line of code — strategy, identity and the design system that carries them.
Wholly owned · trades as Oak Palette
Four decisions that explain the rest.
Specialists, held together
A single brand trying to be a design studio and an engineering firm at once ends up mediocre at both. Ours are kept separate so each is judged on its own craft — and owned by one company so they can be put on the same job.
One entity, one accountability
Every engagement contracts with Apex-Nova (Private) Limited. When work crosses both arms you still hold one agreement and one accountable party, rather than refereeing between two suppliers.
The brands keep their own identity
Anchormont and Oak Palette are not sub-labels wearing a parent’s livery. Each has its own name, marks, voice and client relationships — this site is the only place they are deliberately shown together.
Built to add more
The structure is a company holding specialist brands, not a company with two departments. Adding a discipline means adding a brand, without disturbing the two that already exist.
Four promises worth holding us to.
Every company says it values quality. These are specific enough that you would notice if we broke them.
- We tell you early
- Bad news does not improve with age. If a date is going to slip or an approach is not working, you hear it when we know, not at the deadline.
- We scope before we price
- Nothing starts without a written scope, and nothing outside it gets built and invoiced as a surprise. Changes are quoted before they are started.
- No surprises at handover
- Everything your engagement includes is listed in the scope before work starts, in plain language. You will always know exactly what you are getting, and you will know it on day one rather than at the end.
- We will turn work down
- If an engagement is outside what either brand does well, we say so and point elsewhere. A bad fit costs you more than a lost quote costs us.
What engaging us actually looks like.
- 01
A conversation
Free, no obligation, usually 30–45 minutes. You describe the problem; we ask the questions that tell us whether we are the right people.
- 02
A written scope
Deliverables, milestones, timeline, price and — importantly — the assumptions it all rests on, so both sides can see what would change it.
- 03
A named delivery lead
One accountable person for the whole engagement, including the parts that cross both brands. You do not chase two teams.
- 04
A handover that sticks
Documentation, a walkthrough, and a warranty period. Ongoing support is available but never assumed.
The boring details, stated plainly.
Knowing exactly who you are contracting with matters more than any claim we could make about ourselves. So here it is without decoration.
